Design Starter
Sometimes all you need is to be pointed in the right direction. Our Design Starter sessions are the HNIS version of an Interior Consultation and they give you direct access to our 17+ years of experience.
Whether it be optimising your space, creating warmth where there is none, or awakening opportunities to let your home’s personality shine – give us 1.5 or 3 hours of your time, and we’ll give you back more happy at-home memories than you can count. We can cover planning ideas, complete reviews of your floor plans, finishes sections, cabinetwork layouts and design, furniture ideas, window treatments etc.
Our Design Consultations are all about finding the answers you need to progress or start your project.
You will meet with Helena virtually via Zoom — which means that no matter where you are across Australia you can work with Helena and get the help you need with your home.
As our time together is limited, we will ask you to fill in the questionnaire attached to your booking, send us the links to any Pinterest or look-book boards you have saved and be clear about the questions you would like us to answer during our time together. Before our meeting, we’ll send you an in-depth brief for you to outline exactly what you would like to cover in our time together (so that when we get on the call we can hit the ground running and not waste any time!) Our consultations do not include any drawings, sketches or schedules, but anything we may sketch in our meeting is yours to keep.
Following our meeting, you’ll receive a recap of all the ideas and details that we discussed presented in a PDF package and the Zoom recording within 10 (business) days of our meeting.

The Details
The One Off Session
This is a 1.5-hour consultation designed to address design items within your home quickly OR review your floor plans with you so that you can go back to your design team or builder with the answers you need. Walk away from this consultation with clarity on your decisions or plans and know that you’re on the right track.
This includes:
A single 1.5-hour consultation with Helena hosted on Zoom.
Our design consultation is purely advice-based — it does not include drawings or any specific design documentation.
A follow-up email capturing everything we covered in our meeting (which will be sent to you within 10 business days).
Priced at $990 incl GST
The Details
The Double Session
This is a double consultation that can be used as a single 3-hour session or two 1.5-hour sessions. Designed to go deeper into the design of your home as we workshop ideas and help you get clarity so you can go back to your design team or builder with the answers you need. Walk away with clarity on your decisions or perfected plans & know you’re on the right track.
This includes:
Single 3-hour OR 2 x 1.5-hour consultation with Helena hosted on Zoom.
Our design consultation is purely advice-based — it does not include drawings or any specific design documentation.
A follow-up email capturing everything we covered in our meeting (which will be sent to you within 10 business days)
